The experimental modules are organised as follows:
a) Researchers and field workers are invited to take part in working seminars to:
- compare and exchange information on the strategies and means applied at the different borders in this area,
- question and formalise their practices and experience,
highlight best practices
- validate the pedagogical content of training modules on this topic which can be transferred to other borders
- experiment new methods to help define teaching systems
b) The network resources are then mobilised to produce a tool in the form of a teaching toolkit.
The modules revolve around cross-border project management based on two approaches:
- Training programs with methodological entry
- Training programs with thematic entry
